How did Nefter perform from a project management standpoint?
The team communicates a lot with us. If I’m stuck on something, Nefter always provides solutions. When they’re not sure about how to solve our problem, they diligently research to identify the answer to our difficulties as soon as possible.
What did you find most impressive about them?
Overall, communication is great and it is what I really need with the number of clients that I have. I’ve worked with other agencies before but they didn’t understand my needs, leading them to commit a lot of mistakes.
However, when I partnered with Nefter, I can say that they truly understand our needs. They take time to ask many questions to make sure that they recognize all our requirements. Above all, they deliver quality code and excellent app interface. All of the things they do are made possible by their amazing developers and designer.
